InterviewClip replaces that bottleneck with one-way video interviews: you send a link, candidates record their answers whenever it suits them, and your team reviews and scores on its own schedule.

We built InterviewClip to be respectful of everyone's time. Candidates never create an account and can record from any device, with a device check, a practice question, and clear timing so they can show their best. Hiring teams get structured, consistent scoring with rating cards, searchable transcripts, optional AI summaries, and easy collaboration with hiring managers and outside stakeholders.

We treat candidate recordings as personal data and delete them when the related records are removed. Privacy is a default, not a setting.
