The upload is free and runs a quick automatic read of the name, email, and phone into an editable preview, with a confidence cue on any field worth double-checking. When you want sharper results, you can run an optional AI fill: the one-credit cost is shown up front and only spent when you confirm, and it never overwrites what you have already typed. You confirm or correct the details before the candidate is saved.
The CV file is attached to the candidate and is visible only to admins and HR during review, the same as private notes. It is never shown to hiring managers, and it is deleted when the candidate is deleted.
