Duplicate detection

InterviewClip keeps your candidate list clean by blocking exact duplicates. Adding or editing a candidate is refused if it would collide with an existing record by email, by phone number, or by company reference. The message names the conflicting record so you can find it. To invite the same person to another job, reuse the existing candidate rather than adding them again.
