Admins can widen the default access with three organization settings, each off by default and each recorded in the activity log:
- Let hiring managers create and edit the core fields of their assigned jobs.
- Let hiring managers set a candidate's hiring stage.
- Let reviewers see the hiring stage as read-only.
These are simple toggles rather than a full permission matrix, so the four roles stay easy to reason about while giving you room to delegate.
