Rating cards

A rating card is a named list of criteria that you can attach to a job. When a card is attached, reviewers score each criterion from 1 to 5, and the reviewer's overall score becomes the average of those criterion scores. With no card attached, the reviewer simply enters one overall score by hand. Rating cards are managed at the organization level so you can reuse them across jobs.
