Each reviewer leaves one overall score from 1 to 5 and a comment for a candidate. HR sees an aggregate of all reviewers' scores. If the job has a rating card attached, the reviewer scores each criterion instead and the overall score is the average. Playback includes speed controls and keyboard shortcuts so reviewing a batch is quick. In the rare case a video fails processing, the review page says so instead of showing it as still processing: that answer cannot be played or transcribed, and inviting the candidate again is the way to get a new recording.
The review page's side panel shows the transcript of every answer, listed question by question, with a search box that filters and highlights the questions where a keyword appears. If your plan includes AI credits, one click generates a single AI summary of the whole interview from those transcripts. The first summary for a candidate uses their one AI credit; regenerating it later, for example after a retake or a late answer, is free.
