Sending an invitation requires the job to be active. Each candidate gets a secure, private link with no account required. The link stays valid across sessions so a candidate can pause and resume, and it locks once the interview is completed or the deadline passes.
If you are running low on video recordings for the month, InterviewClip shows a soft warning. Very large sends are also subject to fair-use limits: how many invitations you can send at once is bounded by your remaining recording balance, and there is a daily cap on invitation emails that scales with your plan. Everyday sending is unaffected. A candidate who runs out of recordings mid-interview sees a polite screen, keeps their progress, and can continue after your allowance refreshes or is topped up.
