When you attach a question to a job, InterviewClip takes a snapshot of the question text and its time limit. Editing or deleting the original question in your bank afterwards never changes a job that is already running. This keeps every candidate on the exact questions they were given.
Each question has a maximum answer length. Candidates see a countdown while they record. You can reorder questions until recording activity begins (see Expiry and edit locking).
You cannot add the same question to a job twice, and a job needs at least one question before you can send invitations.
