InterviewClip tracks each invitation through a simple funnel built from timestamps: sent, opened, started, and completed. This shows you at a glance how a job is progressing and who needs a nudge. You can filter the invited list by status or by tag to focus on the candidates you care about.
A send that fails is marked clearly with its cause. If the send failed or the email later bounced (usually a mistyped or dead address), check the candidate's email address, correct it if needed, then use Retry. If the candidate marked the email as spam, InterviewClip stops emailing that address (Retry and reminders are off for that candidate): use Copy link to hand them the interview another way, over the channel they prefer (see Sharing a link by hand).
